The email address is used to send you news, updates and requests for assistance from the Westwood Heath Residents Association (WHRA) and also communications that may be of local interest.

 

This will only be used to distribute information relating to WHRA and will not be shared with other organisations.  You may ask to have information removed from the distribution list at any time by contacting the WHRA email address (westwoodheathra@gmail.com) or via the link provided on our Mailchimp email distributions.

 

Your street address is used to correlate our membership list to households, and to validate payment of subscriptions, since the RA is joined on a house address basis.

 

Your phone number (if provided) will only be used on an exceptional basis if we’re unable to reach through email

 

Your data is stored on a local database for correlation of payments by the Treasurer.
Your contact details are stored on the Mailchimp.com platform which is used to send out emails to the RA Distribution List.

 

Participation on the Facebook page and other social media will be subject to the privacy settings you have selected on your own account.

 

Website

 

Our website is hosted through the Wix.com platform.

 

This collects “cookie” data for measuring anonymous analytics on the website such as number of visits, how you arrived and the website and your path through it.

 

We use this data to see what parts of the website attract interest and to inform our planning process for website updates.

 

The website also allows to you to send email messages through to us from a web interface, where we collect your email address if you choose to subscribe to updates from the site.
